The director Badri Venkatesh’s long expected release flick ‘Baana Kaathadi’ is all finalized to set for release on August 6th. The popular actor Murali’s son Atharva is playing the lead role in the movie and Samantha is pairing opposite him. Another heroine Prasanna is also playing a prominent character while Karunaas has been playing the comedian role in the movie.
Baana Kaathadi is about two young
lovers in North Chennai who are passionate kite lover whose entire life
revolves around the kites and competitions concerning to it. It is
certainly for the first time in Tamil cinema history that a film has
been shot at real crowd in the Gujarat’s Kite Festival.
The film is produced by Senthil Thyagarajan and T Arjun of ‘Sathyajyothi Films’ and the music for the film have been given by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
